Morality - Discuss
The most interesting thing about morality is the irony of the difference between morality in theory and morality in practice. Morality in theory is God judging man. Morality in practice is Man judging Man in the absence of God.

Dont know where you dug that up, but morality is the set of rules that a person lives by as a code of conduct. It is not judging others, it is judging oneself by our own actions.
God or religious beliefs play a huge role is forming the moral ideals for many but one thing I have noticed in life is that moral people exist everywhere,Christian and otherwise, and basically the moral foundation they form are almost identicle for kindly good hearted people, and identicle for bad people but unlike the code of gentle, kind people/
Thusly religion is not needed in order to be a good person of high moral fiber.

well, i definitely agreed with owl, morality is a combination of rules and natures. A man usually born like a clean of woven, and an environment, also lives, people surroundings, that gonna put the color to a man, that will create them in any structure. so, a good hearted character is a born with, but, time will change them to any likes of person. and morality is only a guide to a man to choose a better changing. and religion definitely needed in a built a good man, cause a good man need have a faith to fight on something. he need to be a believer.
